BOXING FITNESS

A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness – learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve with paired padwork and finish off with a little circuit.  It is a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile.  The class will get you fighting fit without the fight!

Boxing Fitness for Women is open to any fitness level/ability – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own level.  This class is great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence.

CIRCUITS

A circuit style class including a mix of bodyweight movement, games, drills, a little cardio…no two classes will ever be exactly the same.  The focus is on having fun whilst you get in fab workout.  

This class is suitable for any fitness level.  Low impact & pelvic floor safe options for all exercises and as such will be suitable for post natal exercise.

LOW COST MUM AND BABY FITNESS

This is a low impact circuit based class for mum’s where babies are welcome.  Get started on the road to exercise, for both physical and mental health. Join a friendly group setting and start to think about getting  your body back, with focus on pelvic floor, core and optimum strength and stretch to deal with ever growing baby.
