Women’s Only fitness classes are open to all – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own level. These classes are great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence.
A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness – learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve on the bags and finish off with a little circuit. It is a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile. These classes will get you fighting fit without the fight!
Boxing Fitness classes are held at:
Grit Gym in Chichester on Thursday mornings 7.30 – 8.20 am
New Park Centre (Old Dojo) in Chichester on Thursday evenings 6.00 – 7.00 pm
VK Gym in Bognor Regis on Saturday mornings 11.30 am – 12.30 pm until 1st July 2017 when class time will change to 9.30 am (this class must be -pre-booked with VK Gym)
