Boxing Fitness Classes

A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness – learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve on the pads and finish off with a little circuit.  It is a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile.  The class will get you fighting fit without the fight!

Boxing Fitness for Women is open to any fitness level/ability – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own level.  This class is great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence.

Boxing Fitness class are held at:
New Park Centre (Old Dojo)  in Chichester on Thursday evenings 6.00 – 7.00 pm (October – April inclusive) 
Chichester College Trim Trail (near the Sports Centre just off the A259) Thursday evenings 6.00 – 7.00 (May to September inclusive)
