Boxing fitness Classes

A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve with paired padwork and finish off with a circuit in a group exercise class.

Boxing fitness classes are a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile.  The classes will get you fighting fit without the fight!

These classes are great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence. Both classes are open to any fitness level/ability – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own level. NB This class is not suitable for newly post natal, ladies with pelvic floor instability or diastasis recti.

Classes must be pre-booked.  If class is fully booked you will be given a place on the waiting/cancellation list. If you cancel within 12 hours of class time or miss a class without cancelling you will be charged full class rate.
