Boxing fitness Classes

A very unscary introduction to boxing fitness learn how to throw a punch, stress relieve with paired padwork and finish off with a circuit in a group exercise class.

Boxing fitness classes are a little bit of everything you need to get or keep you fit and healthy in a group environment and with a smile.  The classes will get you fighting fit without the fight!

The classes differ slightly on Thursday and Saturdays.  The Thursday evening class is predominantly boxing based with paired padwork and a quick bodyweight finisher circuit.  The Saturday class is a mixture of the boxing padwork and circuits.  Both classes are open to any fitness level/ability – harder/easier options are given so you can work at your own level.

These classes are great for Great for Strength, Toning, Cardio Fitness, Weight Loss, Stress Relief & Confidence. NB This class is not suitable for newly post natal, ladies with pelvic floor instability or diastasis recti.

Classes must be pre-booked.  If class is fully booked you will be given a place on the waiting/cancellation list. If you cancel within 12 hours of class time or miss a class without cancelling you will be charged full class rate.
