Reach Your Goal (RYG) training was set up up by personal trainers Gemma Ridley & Jermaine Kelly who, after 15 years in the industry in London, moved to Chichester. RYG Women, run by Gemma, offers personal training specifically catering to women’s training. She is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile. Sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, Grit Gym in Chichester or a space in Fishbourne.

Whether it’s General Fitness –  sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief, or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation, including Diastasis Recti healing & mild pelvic floor dysfunction (‘sneeze and pee’ may be common but it is Not normal!) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

Winter warmer - I meant to make a stew but accidentally ended up with a ridiculously hearty tomato soup 🤣

Celery, leek, carrots, new potatoes (all chopped) sugar snap peas, kidney beans and rice noodles broken/crumbled in - simmered in a little low salt stock then added 1x tin tomatoes 1x carton passata and 2 bay leaves - simmered for 12 mins or so (until the potatoes were soft at least) - turned off heat, stirred in spinach. Bloomin lovely 😀

Morning movement complete - even with doggy distraction - even as an old lady she likes her playtime!

1 min of each 3 times over. Got my thighs burning and suited perfectly my 10 min gap post walk of baby sleeping...even had time to boil the kettle after 🤣
