Reach Your Goal (RYG) training was set up up by personal trainers Gemma Ridley & Jermaine Kelly who, after 15 years in the industry in London, moved to Chichester. RYG Women, run by Gemma, offers personal training specifically catering to women’s training. She is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile. Sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, Grit Gym in Chichester or a space in Fishbourne.

Whether it’s General Fitness –  sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief, or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation, including Diastasis Recti healing & mild pelvic floor dysfunction (‘sneeze and pee’ may be common but it is Not normal!) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

Healthy, easy snacks 😊 In the front dried apricot, cashew nuts & flax seed rolled in almond flower.
In the rear fig, walnut, date & flax seed. The flax seed I add mainly as it makes the mix a little more pliable as it releases a little oil - doesn't need much otherwise it can get too oily!
I never do these to a specific quantity/recipe, always to taste - I blend the nuts & flax seed first then add the dried fruit.

It may be common but it's Not Normal. There are so many personal trainers out there now ready & equipped to talk about this - and with links to women's health physios. If this pic strikes a chord with you it's time to do something...please don't settle for pads and think that's you lot in life. It doesn't have to be.

Butt, legs, upper back, shoulders, abs, chest - all the places I felt this little combo - especially my butt (from practically every angle with the abduction/kickback combo) and my 'abs' with the use of the band creating tension down my midline.
8 squat leg lift and 16 kickbacks x4 with a minute (or so after set 2) in-between. Again a lovely way to finish off early morning walk :-)
