Dedicated to helping women on their health & fitness journeys, whatever life stage they are at.

Reach Your Goal (RYG) training was set up up by personal trainers Gemma Ridley & Jermaine Kelly who, after 15 years in the industry in London, moved to Chichester. RYG Women, run by Gemma, offers personal training specifically catering to women’s training. She is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile. Sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, Grit Gym in Chichester or a space in Fishbourne.

Whether it’s General Fitness –  sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief, or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation, including Diastasis Recti healing & mild pelvic floor dysfunction (‘sneeze and pee’ may be common but it is Not normal!) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

“Gemma’s understanding of women’s bodies is second to none.  I don’t think it would be an exaggeration to say that Gemma has changed my life!

Sometimes I just want to move!! It was too hot to do anything outside today so thought I'd make use of the stairs for a very mini workout.

I did 3 repetitions as 1 set and 3 sets total (with a good 2 min break between sets). Always exhale on the exertion.

It's amazing how bump affects my body - any more than I did would have been too much for me - but that gave me a nice little energy boost which is exactly what I needed!

Jeez I hate speaking on camera - wanted to do Pregnancy Tips post....stretch marks.
Interested to know if anyone has tried this and if it has worked for them?!

Whether it has or hasn't, it's full of vitamins and safe for bump so a good thing to try :-) I use cold-pressed virgin organic argan oil.

Btw pure argan is wonderful for your face, unless of course you have tried and your face doesn't like it but in general it is very good for facial skin. X p.s Love the tip vid!

Have you been using it on your back? I made this mistake of just moisturising bump when I had Phoebe, my tummy was ok and then realised after I'd had her that my stretch marks were mainly on my lower back 🙈 xx

You're looking lovely, gorgeous! No baby appearances til I'm back from holiday and can catch up with you please 😙 xxx

You're so cute!

Looking fab Gem! X
