RYG Women, run by Gemma Kelly, offers Personal Training, Classes and Courses specifically catering to women’s training.  Gemma is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile.
Personal training sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, or a space in Chichester or Fishbourne.
Whether it’s sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief. or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation (including Diastasis Recti healing) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

Beet balls 💖

Recipe courtesy of @kateveggiedesserts and they are fabulous - passed the baby, hubby & gran test & they're full of goodness. Winning all round 👍

2 raw beets washed, peeled & whizzed a little in a blender
50 g walnuts toasted & ground
1 can red kidney beans
1 slice bread as breadcrumbs
½ red onion finely diced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
(Original recipe adds salt & pepper but I missed the salt with this being for baby)

Mix all the above ingredients & bake on a greased tray at 200 for 30 mins (turned once). These tasted good yesterday, they're even better today!
