RYG Women, offers Personal Training, Classes and Courses specifically catering to women’s training. 
A branch of Reach Your Goal (RYG) Training, RYGWomen is run by Gemma Kelly.  She is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile.
Personal training sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, Grit Gym in Chichester or a space in Fishbourne.
Whether it’s sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief. or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation (including Diastasis Recti healing) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

Mostly messing about but that messing had me on a good little set as it turned out;-)

Rolldown to lying
3x ankle taps
1-legged stand
2-point lunge
Pistol squat to lying
Tricep push

It took about 10 rounds goes just to get me standing using one leg! Honestly no idea how many rounds I did in the end I was completely distracted using all my brain power on standing up 🤣

Designed as a first stepping stone on the ladder to exercise and fitness/a precursor to joining a general exercise class. Max 6 ladies per class so you all have my FULL attention. Introductory Price £60 for 2018 for the full 6 week course
