RYG Women, run by Gemma Kelly, offers Personal Training, Classes and Courses specifically catering to women’s training.  Gemma is passionate about helping women on their health and fitness journeys and determined that sessions are completed with a smile.
Personal training sessions are tailor-made and can be in the comfort of your own home, the great outdoors, or a space in Chichester or Fishbourne.
Whether it’s sports specific training, losing weight, shaping up, blasting your cardio, boosting self-confidence, stress relief. or you need some help with Post Natal rehabilitation (including Diastasis Recti healing) Gemma will help you Reach Your Goal.

Baby dinner portion for my baby (he ended up eating 2 of the pattie type things that I'm not really sure what to call!). They were #delicious

Mashed avocado & steamed broccoli (with nooch) and pattie type things. They were super easy, healthy and yummy so thought I'd post the recipe (below).

Pud was coconut yoghurt with a tiny spoon of chia seeds, dried apricot & mango.

So...the recipe:

Mash:
*Cooked & cooled baked potato, sweet potato and a couple of carrots
Add:
*Grated (or cut small) & lightly steamed baby sweetcorn (3), baby leeks (2) & cauliflower (a few florets) (I steamed with a clove of crushed garlic)
*A big spoon of oats, 1 tbsp of flax seeds and then I added a little tumeric, cumin & garam masala.
Mix.
Form into patties
Roll in ground almonds.
Bake at 180 for about 15 mins then turn bake for another 15 mins until the outsides are a little crispy.
